Episode 011: “You Killed Our Baby!” exclaims Owen from Grey’s Anatomy
On the season premier of Grey’s Anatomy Owen reluctently went along with Christina’s abortion. Abortion advocates loved the fact that Hollywood was finally normalizing abortion. The latest episode the couple has a fight ending in Owen bringing up the abortion and telling Christina, “You Killed Our Baby!” The abortion advocates aren’t too happy. Robert is a young, Christian artist who attends the University of Central Florida and is the worship leader at his 900-member church. Robert has three full length CD’s out. The music you are hearing on this episode is from his latest release, Stranger In This Land. On this interview Robert talks about his music, what its about and why he is pro-life. You will also get a special treat by hearing a portion of his pro-life song, Silent Cry.
Robert will also be performing at Student for Life’s annual Conference this year (Jan. 22 in Bethesda, Maryland) as well as the National Pro-Life Youth Rally the next day on January 23rd at the end of the annual March for Life in Washington, DC.

On the second half, Kristan interviews Kelsey Hazzard, a Law student at the University of Virginia who wants to practice pro-life law when she graduates. Kelsey was a 2010-2011 Wilberforce fellow with Students for Life, she is the founder of the pro-life group at the University of Miami, where she went for her undergraduate degree. Kelsey also founded Secular Pro-Life in 2009, an organization dedicated to showing that abortion violates the Constitutional right to life.

Episode 007: Abortion advocates tear down pro-life crosses and signs, get arrested
On Monday, October 3, the Students for Life group at the University at Buffalo set up a Cemetery of the Innocents display to emphasize the number of lives lost to abortion. There were three separate acts of vandalism that hit the display from University students and a number of people they believe were faculty members or staffers.
Erik interviews Sara Buttitta (President of the University at Buffalo Students for Life group and one of Students for Life’s Wilberforce Fellows this year) about this story. According to her, a pro-abortion group has formed on campus in response to these attacks. She’s also worries that the Student Association on campus may start limiting the pro-life group to avoid controversy in the future.

On the second half, Kristan interviews Anna Fronzaglia. Anna is a Senior at James Madison University. With the help of SFLA, Anna has successfully revamped and led JMU’s pro-life group in educating and promoting awareness and compassion to the student body involving abortion. Her faith, years of research and experience in the pro-life movement have formed her conviction that social justice begins in the womb, making her a passionate activist in this cause. With her Public Relations and Spanish-speaking background, Anna is ready to delve deeper to help the pro-life movement from the local to national level.

Episode 006: Honoring the lives of Kortney Blythe Gordon & Jon Scharfenberger – Abortion Abolistionists

On this episode we honor the lives of Jon Scharfenberger and Kortney Blythe Gordon. Kortney died in a fatal car crash October 8th while Jon died on October 18th from injuries procured from that crash. Both were former Students for Life staffers. Kortney was also a long time Rock For Life volunteer and at one time a full-time staffer as well. Both died doing what they love – saving babies.
Erik and Kristan as well as guests Megan and Kierstin (current college students) share stories of how Kortney and Jon made differences in peoples lives. Make sure to help us honor Jon and Kortney’s lives by doing all that we can to save babies, help pregnant mother’s in need and also by encouraging and inspiring the next generation to end abortion in our lifetimes!

Ryan recently unleashed a TooManyAborted campaign called, Fatherhood Begins in the Womb. Listen as Ryan describes the project and how you can get involved. Ryan has a compelling story.

On the second half, Kristan interviews Julia Pritchett, a junior at the University of Arkansas, President of the pro-life group on her campus, and former Students for Life Summer Missionary. Julia gives us a great look into how the 9-week, cyclical summer Missionary internship works, what it was like working for SFLA, another national pro-life group and inside a Congressional office, and how she’s able to apply what she learned from her internship on her campus!
